Pathway Health & Beauty is a wellness clinic in Owasso where one nurse practitioner, Tia Christ, APRN-CNP, cares for your hormones, weight, primary care and skin in one place.
We started Pathway for people who were tired of 10-minute visits, normal labs and no answers. Here, visits run up to 60 minutes, care looks for the root cause of your symptoms, and you see the same provider every time. Patients come from Owasso, Tulsa and towns across northeast Oklahoma, with telehealth statewide.

Our story
Tia Christ has worked in healthcare since 2010, first as a registered nurse and, since 2015, as a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Much of that time was spent in internal medicine, where she saw the same pattern again and again: patients with real symptoms, rushed visits, and a prescription for each problem without anyone asking why the problems started.
In 2024, she left that system to build something different. Pathway Health & Beauty combines family medicine, functional medicine, hormone care, medical weight loss and aesthetics under one roof, so the things that are connected in your body are treated together instead of across five offices.
The name says what we believe: health is a path, not a single appointment. Our job is to walk it with you. Meet Tia.

Who owns Pathway Health & Beauty?
Pathway Health & Beauty was founded by Tia Christ, APRN-CNP, a board-certified family nurse practitioner and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner. She provides all patient care herself.
Is Pathway a med spa or a medical clinic?
Both. Pathway is a medical clinic for hormones, weight loss, functional medicine and primary care, with a med spa for aesthetic treatments. Everything is overseen and performed by a licensed nurse practitioner.
Do you take insurance?
Most visits are self-pay or part of a membership. Many lab tests can be billed to insurance, and we accept HSA and FSA cards.
